ANSWER: Yes – we use SiteLockSecure that runs security scans everyday on our 
website to check for any security issues. TOP
QUESTION: How do the navigation tabs work on the website?
ANSWER: Each tab is a web page and under the top level, you may or may not have additional web pages underneath the top level. For each of the top level pages, simply click on the title and a page will appear. See examples below. TOP
QUESTION: Why do I have to sign in to see the information in the OES Blast?
ANSWER: The reason we have secured this information is to protect the contact information such as name, address, email address of those provided in the OES Blast. TOP
QUESTION: How do I log into OESBLAST on the website?
ANSWER: This is an OES members only area so contact your WI chapter secretary or the Wisconsin Grand Chapter Secretary to receive the username and password to log on. TOP

ANSWER: We have tried to make the website easy to use. Open your browser and key in wioes.org and you will see this page: On the far right, you will see OES Blast – Left click with your mouse and it will open to the OESBLAST Window. TOP
USERNAME AND PASSWORD: On this page, enter in your Username and Password and the OES Blast Weekly Post will appear. If you want to go back to the main webpage, click on WIOES HOME.
QUESTION: Why have you changed the OESBLAST?
ANSWER: Many members requested to have OESBLAST on the website rather than receiving emails. This way you have one place to review current and previous OESBLAST notifications. Elaine has done a great job keeping track of all the emails required to notify you of the OESBlast but there are limitations on how many emails you can send in groups and as this grows, this becomes problematic and time consuming. This method will streamline the information process and it will give you an opportunity to visit the website to see new items. TOP
QUESTION: How long will the older OESBLAST notices stay on the website?
ANSWER: We will keep 3 months of OESBLAST notices on the website. TOP
QUESTION: What if I want a copy of what is in the OESBLAST for my records?
ANSWER: You can copy and paste items in the OESBLAST to your computer. TOP
QUESTION: Where does the information in the OESBLAST come from & who approves the content?
ANSWER: Members provide the information for the OES Blast and the WGM approves the information each week BEFORE it is posted. TOP
QUESTION: Will the OESBLAST always have new information on Fridays?
ANSWER: The OESBLAST updates are usually available by noon on Fridays. Some weeks there may not be any news or the approval process has been delayed but our goal is to provide this by noon on Friday TOP
QUESTION: How will I know there is new information in OESBLAST?
ANSWER: At this time, you will continue to receive an email notice that directs you to the website. When you go to OESBLAST page, look at the current posting title will have the date in the title. TOP
